We’ve had a few good weather days this month… but a lot of rainy ones too, so we’ve had a mixed bag of activities – both inside and out, or a combination of both!

Adam returned to Subway… as we said last month, going back to the same place promotes a comforting feeling of familiarity. Even though the layouts of each café may vary, the furniture, décor, and menu remain consistent, all of which help our residents feel at ease.

Meanwhile, Harry has been swimming at Freedom Leisure’s Bexhill leisure pool with Joe, you can see how much fun he has been having… and you can read all about the benefits of swimming for individuals with autism in our November Blog 😊

Harry also paid Wheels for All a visit – it’s one of our residents’ all-time favourite places – you can read all about their experiences there.

Harry on the tricycle, which with its single front wheel, makes it easier to manoeuvre… and just chillin’ 😊

Ellie has been making the most of life at home, and having fun with Lauren – she spent a relaxing afternoon having her hair done 😊

Despite the challenging weather, our residents have been thriving at life! Roll on Spring, so we can hopefully get out a bit more without the need for raincoats!
